Indoor Arena 1: $500
Indoor Arena 2: Not available on its own
Indoor Arenas 1 & 2: $850
Indoor Arenas 1 & 2. - set up (non competition day) - if available: $200
SHOW AMENITIES PACKAGE – Judges/Secretaries office & P.A. (Only available in Indoor 1): $50
NB There is $200 bond per roaming microphone, refundable on return (no deposit required for hardwired mircophones)
Outdoor Arenas 3/4: $200 each
Outdoor Arenas when hired along with Indoor arena(s): $150 each
Amenities Fee: $10 per horse, per day (to be collected by hirer)
Stables: $25 each per day (5pm - 5pm the next day)
Undercover yards: $20 each per day (5pm - 5pm the next day)
NB A cleaning deposit of $200 is required to secure the venue – this will be refunded if venue is left clean as per the hire agreement
